I know how to read music notes pretty well, but I cannot play by ear like at all. I need some major help sooo please help me. Thanks

I can’t read music (I know, sad) so I usually just learn a song by ear, but I’m trying to learn a song now and I just can’t get it quite right.
Any way to download something online where I can learn a song without having to learn how to read music? (I doubt it, but I’m just throwing it out there)

I mean I know how to read music, and I have had piano lessons sence I was six yet I still can’t play piano while looking at music. Yet I can play clarinet, flute and guitar while looking at music or tabs.
Yes I do have perfect pitch. It sounds the way it would if someone was playing by music and actually knew all the notes in the song

ok so im starting the tripletts piano program, its a christian music based program where you learn to play by ear, and not music. i will eventually be able to play off of lead sheets. will i be able to play songs that arent on the program? like non christian ones, or will i have to learn how to read music..im not opposed to reading music

Like, I know how to read music. And when I play guitar, clarinet and flute I always have to look at music.
But with piano, it bugs me to look at music, so I just play by ear and it sounds "perfect"
If I remember correctly Beethoven was deaf… and he composed his own songs.
I do not write my own songs, I hear them and play them.

So that comparison, I do not see.
Sence I was 6 I think, and i am now 15

We have an upright Piano in the house. I don’t want to learn how to read music, I just want to learn how to play by ear . A Floyd Cramer kind of music. Any help? Any suggistions? Please don’t answer me with practice, practice, practice.
